Session 3 runs from early February through late March (see Calendar). Highlights include group and private lessons, specialized power and off-ice classes, an Olympics party, Culver’s fundraiser, Spring Skating Camp, Ice Show with Shattuck St. Mary’s, competition opportunities, and our season end potluck party (See Program Descriptions)

Beginners, adults, and aspiring hockey players are welcome. Bring your family and join the fun! We’ll help you meet any skating goal. Scholarships and family discounts are available.

Learn or improve your jumping and spinning technique with Northfield Skating School Owner/Director and Head Coach Carey Tinkelenberg. This fun workshop will begin with a seminar and exercises off the ice. Skaters will then progress to the ice in groups based on their experience. New jumpers/spinners welcome!

Sunday 10/25, 6:00-7:30pm. Meet off ice. Open to skaters Basic 4 – Advanced. Cost $18 pre-register, $20 walk-in. Includes ice time and coaching. PLEASE WEAR TENNIS SHOES. Contact Carey to sign up.

On Sunday 10/18, we have a one hour practice ice from 12:15-1:15 instead of our regular group lessons. This is a great chance to practice your skills or try out a private lesson on a rare, NSS-only practice ice session! Cost is $10 per skater to cover ice time and private coaches are available. Skaters do not need to be taking a private lesson to practice. Please contact us to sign up for practice and or a private lesson!
